Every Breath Is a Prayer

Here's a little secret:
Every breath you take
is a prayer.
22,000 times a day
it rises, unannounced,
within,
then returns
to who knows where.
The God of everyone,
is listening.
You do not need to kneel,
You do not need to speak,
And the only pilgrimage necessary,
Is the one from head to heart.

i guess it's pointless to ask how one is able to remember to feel/focus on breath.
I do pranayama 31-minutes a day, over three years, still don't remember.
i guess it's not supposed to be an issue.

Jaimo: It is not pointless to ask how one is able to remember to feel/focus on breath. That is one of the core teachings of my teacher (Prem Rawat, aka Maharaji). Do you know anything about him and the gift of Knowledge he reveals?
