For me, self-reflection is beyond everyday 'casual' thinking. I allow myself to be quiet (right after meditation) and go gently into my subconscious where I meet and play with my team of archetypes. There I am free to observe, discover, feel and adjust myself which empowers me to expand, become my best and so much more :)

Adding to my comments from March 7, it's important for me to be grounded and brave to observe my thoughts and dreams. I'm a warrior of the inner world of my subconscious and beyond. I have traveled beyond the subconscious to where the 'gods' live, play and empower me to be my best!
