Step 6. Commitment from Upper Management
Often, participants in ideation sessions become frustrated because the ideas they've generated run into organizational obstacles OR senior management is unwilling or unable to provide meaningful support. On a scale of 1-10 (10 being the highest) please indicate your present level of commitment to the following post-session actions:

Distribute a "Brainstorm Report" of ideas generated during the session
Give feedback, within 72 hours, on ideas submitted to you
Meet one-on-one with champions
Develop a coaching relationship with selected participants

Be coached by Idea Champions on how to be an innovation coach
Fund selected ideas
Provide discretionary time for champions to develop new ideas
Locate sponsors to shepherd ideas through your organization

Create a meeting room on your intranet for session grads to communicate
Develop a protocol for helping session grads share best practices

Step 7. A Word About Pricing
The cost of an Idea Champions intervention depends on a wide range of variables, including number of conference participants, length of session, complexity of pre-session consulting process, number of facilitators required, custom design, and learning materials. We'll be happy to quote you a specific fee, immediately following our intake call with you.
