INNOVATION PRICING: You Decide the Value of Our Services
Yesterday, I heard an intriguing report on the radio. Seems like the Java Street Cafe in Kettering, Ohio, slammed by the economic meltdown, has erased all prices from its menu and is letting customers decide what they want to pay. As consumers tighten their belts, one of the first things to go are "non-essentials," like eating out. The Java St. Cafe will not be denied. Check this out... then keep on reading to see how we are applying this strategy.
And so... in the spirit of innovation, adaptation, and removing all obstacles to entry, Idea Champions has decided to make the same offer to it's clients (except those we already have contracts with).
For the next three months, any organization who engages the following services of ours (High Velocity Brainstorming, Banking on Innovation, Do More With Less, Team Innovation, and Applied Innovation), only pays expenses and what they think our services are worth.
And they can wait until 48 hours after participating in one of our sessions before deciding.
Will this work? We have no idea. But it's worth a shot.
Interested? Call us at 845.679.1066 and we'll get down to business.
PS: I have no clue if Kettering, Ohio was named after Charles Kettering, but here are some of his inspiring quotes anyway -- excellent food for thought, as you find your way through whatever challenges are before you.
"If you have always done it that way, it is probably wrong."
"A problem well stated is a problem half-solved."
"An inventor fails 999 times, and if he succeeds once, he's in. He treats his failures simply as practice shots."
"Believe and act as if it were impossible to fail."
"If you want to kill any idea in the world, get a committee working on it."
"It is not a disgrace to fail. Failing is one of the greatest arts in the world."

That's a real interesting idea, Mitch. Leaving it up to the customers to decide on the price. Wow, It must bring so much stuff for people! Let me know how it goes.
