Creativity Rated #1 Leadership Quality in Global IBM Poll
Creativity is now considered the most important leadership quality for success in business, outweighing even integrity and global thinking, according to a much-referenced recent study by IBM. Hallelujah!
The study is the largest known sample of one-on-one CEO interviews, with over 1,500 corporate heads and public sector leaders across 60 nations and 33 industries polled on what drives them in managing their companies in today's world.
What is YOUR organization doing to help it's senior leaders tap into a higher octave of creativity?

At Kaufman, Rossin & Co., we're doing what some might say is impossible - helping accountants tap into their creativity!
With our partners we held a Blue Ocean Strategy workshop that resulted in more than a dozen innovative ideas.
But even more rewarding has been our 2010 Innovation Challenge, a summer-long team competition for future leaders to develop impactful, innovative new ideas for our business. 17 teams competed and presented business cases to management, and 7 have proceeded to the final stage - developing full business plans for approval. They are learning creativity, teamwork, leadership!
