Go After What You Want

Mitch, I have found after over 25 years of patient care and even more time with training leadership principles, that the greatest injury is the loss of hope. I see this as the underlying trauma that undermines confidence and the ability to step into new possibilities. Tragedy.
The keys to freedom and experiencing the thrill of achievement is to do it anyway. Step out of your comfort zone scared. As a friend of mine says "do it scared." The effect will compound and the habits will be anchored until the joy overcomes the fear.
