Here is a wonderful review of my book, Storytelling at Work, by Elisabeth Swan, the Managing Director of GoLeanSixSigma.

A unique perspective Ms. Swan has -- many years experience in the realm of continuous improvement, six sigma, lean management, and lean six sigma. Plus, she does improv!

I like what Albert Einstein had to say about the condundrum: "Not everything that counts can be counted; not everything that can be counted counts." Which is one of the reasons why storytelling is such a powerful tool. It allows a person to deliver a meaningful, memorable message without discounting the part of a themselves that knows and gets things done without measuring.
