You may like Michael Michalko's "Thinkertoys" -- an entire book on this sort of thing.
I personally do not find this approach (using little prods from a list) workable. When I am feeling uncreative, I just need to get away for a bit -- maybe take a walk. The creative spirit eventually comes back if I am patient and don't try to hurry it or trigger it.

1. try to describe your idea like you need to explain it to Homer Simpson
2. don't go from work before you write one idea in your idea-notebook
3. do a research about some destination, even if you don't plan to travel there, maybe you'll find something inspiring

Eat something you have never before tasted.
Find someone you have never spoken to and introduce yourself, then listen.
Volunteer for a few hours at a local charity
We are about to institute "Lunch with a Cool Person" every month. We are scouring the city and will invite one cool person to come to our offices and eat lunch with our lawyers and staff. We will have a Q&A by the master moderator (me) with questions the Cool Person won't have in advance -- designed to draw out their experiences, motivations, etc. and the rest of the time will just be open for questions and chatting. I have found that exposing yourself (not literally of course) to inspiring people often feeds creativity. We will also invite one client or guest to the first one, and then request that that person invite one more "cool person" as another guest to the next one, and eventually, we'll have a huge room of cool people listening to a cool person.
