Here's a very beautiful music video, featuring excerpts from Greta Thunberg, 16-year old Swedish climate change activist and a newly released anthem (One Lit Candle) written in her honor, by Anthems on the Rise (Jennifer Edwards and Stuart Hoffman).

The video has been produced by WAFA (Water Air Food Awards), a Copenhagen-based non-profit dedicated to recognizing and awarding silent heroes around the world whose low-cost, high-impact innovations are making a difference on planet Earth.
